Q: What is the fastest way to order water?
A: The best and fastest way to order water is to call the WaterWorks pager 250-388-2712. Cellular phones can be unreliable in some areas we service. If you have not received a reply to your call within one hour please call the pager again, we will return calls as soon as we are able to.

Q: What are our hours of operation?
A: We try to stick to business hours and provide Standard Deliveries Monday through Saturday during daylight hours. Please call before 10:00 am for same day service, we make every effort to provide same day delivery service but due to call volume it is not always possible. We do provide “24 hour Emergency Service” but an emergency call out fee will apply.

Q: How much Water do you deliver?
A: Our trucks carry what is legally allowed on a double-axel truck, 2,860 Imperial gallons = 3,434 US gallons = 13,000 liters = 13 cubic meters

Q: What is Potable Water?
A: Potable water is water of sufficiently high quality that it can be consumed or used without risk of immediate or long term harm. WaterWorks only delivers CRD system sourced potable water. To ensure your safety WaterWorks trucks are regularly inspected and certified by Vancouver Island Health Authority.

Q: What is a “Standard Delivery”?
A: A standard delivery applies when we can position the truck within 100’ of where you want the water delivered and we are able to unload at full pressure and volume. The base delivery fee is for a “Standard Delivery”, we can provide a quote for longer hose runs, multiple tanks to be filled and very difficult driveways.

Q: How do we determine our delivery rates?
A: WaterWorks delivery rates are based on the Vancouver Island Truck Owners Associations recommended hourly trucking rates plus the cost of the load of water. A minimum of one hour of trucktime is charged for a Standard delivery. Extra truck time will be applied in 15 minute intervals.
